Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to support individuals in a residential setting. You will conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, manage caseloads, coordinate care, and provide ILS activities and health/wellness support.

You will oversee medication processes, maintain documentation, and participate in professional growth opportunities, including CEUs and supervision, while benefiting from comprehensive employer programs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1.5+ years in behavioral health or related field OR relevant degree.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid AZ driver license and clean 39-month MVR; ability to obtain AZ fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Manage caseload, crisis management, and coordination of care.
• Support Independent Living Skills and health/wellness activities; assist rehabilitation and vocational training.

As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health, you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
