Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to support clients in a residential setting, delivering screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination. You will oversee medication processes and document clinical activities, while engaging clients in independent living skills and wellness promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience; OR an associate’s/bachelor’s degree as described.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment in a residential setting.
• Perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and case load management.
• Coordinate care and crisis management; oversee medication process and document clinically.

You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
