Terros Health is seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician in Phoenix, AZ to provide screenings, assessments, and treatment planning in a residential setting. You will support clients with Independent Living Skills, health promotion, and crisis management while coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers on-call 8-hour blocks (A/B/C shifts) with flexible scheduling, ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income. Requires a HS diploma or higher and AZ clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1.5 years of behavioral health experience or an associate's/bachelor's in behavioral health.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check with no disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid AZ Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Perform screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.

You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. Most facilities are open all 7 days of the week, so there is opportunity for supplemental income on Weekends and Evenings.A Shift – 7:00am – 3:30pmB Shift – 3:00pm – 11:30pmC Shift – 11:15pm – 7:15amA High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; ORAn associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; ORA bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field; ORA non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.Must be at least 21 years of age.Background check.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
