Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to provide a safe, supportive environment in a residential setting. You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and coordinate care while supporting clients with Independent Living Skills and health promotion.

You will oversee the medication process, document clinically, manage caseloads, and assist with transportation and crisis management. A compassionate, dependable approach helps clients progress toward recovery and community

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check.
• Minimum age 21.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver license with satisfactory MVR.
• Must have or obtain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments, develop treatment plans and manage caseloads.
• Coordinate care and crisis management, ensuring client safety.
• Provide direct support with Independent Living Skills and wellness activities.
• Oversee medication process and document clinical information.
• Arrange transportation and support clients toward recovery and community integration.

As a Clinician Technician you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
