Legion Health, Inc. is seeking a Market Expansion & Clinician Operations Lead to turn expansion plans into markets ready to deliver care. You will forecast clinician capacity, coordinate licensing and payer readiness, and drive end-to-end workforce deployment across multi-market launches.

You will partner with clinical, revenue, product, and engineering teams to build repeatable processes, dashboards, and playbooks that scale as Legion grows.

Formación

• Experience owning healthcare operations or multi-market expansion.
• Ability to forecast clinician capacity by market and schedule.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment for capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build market-entry plans aligning demand, payer readiness, clinician supply, and economics.
• Run readiness reviews with owners, milestones, risks, and gates; resolve blockers.
• Forecast clinician demand and capacity; make hiring and deployment recommendations.
• Own recruiting through onboarding to productive deployment with clinical teams.
• Improve handoffs across licensing, credentialing, contracting, and scheduling.
