Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Provider Partnerships Lead to build and own referral relationships connecting providers to Legion's psychiatric care. This is a ground-floor, quota-carrying field sales role on a brand-new team to define the playbook and drive referrals.

You will own a defined territory, source opportunities, and manage the full partnership cycle—from first meeting to live referrals—working with physicians, medical staff, and administrators at clinics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years carrying and hitting a quota in a field-based or B2B2C role.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma referral sales preferred.
• Comfort and skill in front of clinical and administrative buyers; build physician rapport.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional polish.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling; ability to own data and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Carry a quota for provider referral partnerships and referral volume in your territory.
• Run the full cycle: prospect, build the case with practice decision-makers, and close.
• Keep your pipeline and account activity clean and current in the CRM.
• Spend most of your time in the field meeting physicians, medical assistants, and office managers; supplement with virtual outreach.
• Represent Legion credibly to clinical and administrative customers and translate AI-enabled care into a clear referral case.
• Map decisions within practices and build multi-threaded relationships to move partnerships to live referrals.
• Educate providers on Legion's model and impact of fast, accessible psychiatric care.
• Set practices up for clean handoffs so referrals convert to visits.
