A nonprofit organization offers a Clinician Onboarding Specialist role in Minneapolis, focusing on leading the onboarding process for clinicians. This position involves ensuring compliance, educating staff, and managing relationships while providing a fully benefit-eligible position with competitive compensation and remote work for Minnesota residents only.

The Clinician Onboarding Specialist leads all aspects of the end-to-end onboarding process for clinicians. As a team, we serve as the main point of contact for clinicians, operational leadership, human resources, and other key partners. We ensure a consistent and professional onboarding experience for clinicians and faculty partners, while actively supervising, auditing, and communicating updates to relevant partners across the M Health system, including the University of Minnesota Medical School and Fairview. The specialist works closely with clinicians and takes ownership of the clinician relationship throughout the onboarding process.

Compensation: $64,335.00 - $93,288.00 USD annually
