Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an In-Home Therapy Clinician to provide family-centered services to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings. The clinician applies trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to stabilize environments and strengthen relationships, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and documentation in line with CBHI requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Licensure eligible: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or Licensed Psychologist.
• CANS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, structured family therapy in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions using CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ARC, motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in CBHI/MassHealth standards and in EHRs.
