Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a Clinician to deliver comprehensive clinical services in community and residential settings. You will develop, monitor, and modify functional behavior support plans and provide coaching to staff.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in psychology, social work, counseling or related field, with LABA and optional LICSW/LMHC/LMFT; CPR/First Aid; valid driver's license. This is a full-time hybrid role with a $65k-$80k salary and a $5k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Licensure as LABA preferred; LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or psychology license encouraged.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services in community and residential settings.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans.
• Provide coaching and training for staff to implement behavior plans.
• Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, and quality of life.

Make a difference.What You’ll DoDeliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams—including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.Skills: Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related fieldLicensed Applied Behavioral Analyst required (LABA)|Behavioral Health clinical licensed preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)Board Certified Behavior Analyst RequiredCPR/First Aid requiredStandard driver’s license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience
