Signify Health is seeking a Clinician Field Mentor to guide clinicians, perform in-home evaluations, and support DPS adoption. You will mentor new hires during their first 90 days and provide ongoing support to active clinicians, while collaborating with clinical leaders and operations managers.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, efficient workflows, and regular training to maintain DPS & IHE standards across regional visits.

Competenze

• Clinical background and state licensure (e.g., MD/DO, NP or PA).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel regionally and locally as required.
• Experience mentoring clinicians and guiding new hires.

Mansioni

• Complete in-home visits (IHEs, Focused Visits and Video Visits).
• Provide 1:1 and group mentorship to new and active clinicians.
• Serve as first line of clinical inquiries before escalation to leaders.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leaders and Operations Managers on issues.
• Maintain DPS/diagnostic service training and field readiness.
