Job summary

NFI North is seeking a Full‑Time Clinician/Case Manager for our five‑bed Community Residence Treatment Program in Boscawen, NH. The role involves providing clinical and case management services to participants, including therapy, treatment planning, and crisis management, within a multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes team leadership, staff training support, and administrative duties to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible; supervision towards licensure provided.
• Experience with benefits and IMR/supported employment activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services.
• Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff.
• Administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of IMR activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.
