Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Full‑Time Clinician/Case Manager in Boscawen, NH to provide clinical and case management services within a five bed Community Residence Treatment Program.

The role includes individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis management, and coordination of therapeutic services. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and licensure in social work or mental health; supervision towards licensure is provided.

  • Administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of IMR activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.

NFI North is seeking a Full‑Time Clinician/Case Manager for our five bed Community Residence Treatment Program located in Boscawen, New Hampshire. This new program augments NFI North’s existing continuum of care providing a broad spectrum of care to the people we serve. This treatment facility provides our participants with a home environment in the community.

The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational, peer support, and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
