NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Full‑Time Clinician/Case Manager in Boscawen, NH to provide clinical and case management services within a five bed Community Residence Treatment Program.

The role includes individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis management, and coordination of therapeutic services. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and licensure in social work or mental health; supervision towards licensure is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required; licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
• NFI North provides supervision towards licensure.
• Experience with benefits and IMR/supported employment activities and the participant population preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services.
• Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff.
• Administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of IMR activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.

Formation

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

Licensed Social Worker (LSW)/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
