Job summary

NFI North is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Clinician/Case Manager for a new Community Residence Treatment Program in Nashua, New Hampshire. The position involves providing clinical and case management services, leading a treatment team, and administrating various support services.

NFI North is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinician/Case Manager for our five-bed Community Residence Treatment Program located in Nashua, New Hampshire. This new program expands our continuum of care, offering participants a home-like environment and comprehensive support.

The Agency has a progressive reputation for delivering comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational, peer support services, and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management, and coordination of therapeutic services.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing clinical training and support for staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, benefits management, financial information handling, and coordinate supported employment activities where applicable.
  • Offer overall clinical support to participants.
