Job summary

Community Health Alliance-Ohio is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. You will complete comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver trauma-informed interventions to support recovery.

The role requires active Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC/LCDC/LICDC variants) and experience with substance use disorders in outpatient or related settings.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio licensure in a relevant credential (LSW/LPC/LCDC/LISW/LPCC/LICDC)
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience in outpatient, residential, or community-based settings helpful
• Knowledge of MI, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Relapse Prevention, Solution-Focused Therapy
• Experience conducting substance use assessments and treatment planning
• Ability to coordinate care with families, schools, and medical providers
• Strong documentation and compliance with EHR standards

Responsibilities
