Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician in Western Massachusetts to deliver evidence-based counseling and case management for individuals on MOUD.

You will work with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other professionals to tailor treatment plans for long-term recovery and wellness. The role requires a Master’s degree and MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LADC I) or eligibility, with preference for bilingual English/Spanish and OTP experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LADC I) or be license-eligible.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in opioid use disorder treatment or OTP is preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.

What You Will Do:

As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide evidence-based counseling and case management services to individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). Who You Are:

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or equivalent or license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure. Experience providing behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), or other substance use disorder treatment setting (preferred).

PAY RANGE:

• Licensed Clinician: $75,000 - $81,000 per year
• Unlicensed (license eligible): $65,000 - $73,000 per year
