Job Summary and Qualifications
Title: Clinical Supervisor - Youth IHBT
Location: Carroll County
Reports To: Program Director
Direct Reports: Youth Therapists
Summary: Provide clinical supervision and support activities aligned with The Village Network’s mission, vision, and values, to build brighter futures for youth and families.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to Intensive Home Based Services.
- Assist with intake, referrals, and placement of youth.
- Review and approve Individual Service Plans and updates.
- Provide crisis counseling and therapeutic services, assessing client needs and establishing therapeutic relationships.
- Ensure programs meet IHBT treatment goals and fidelity to TVN models.
- Participate in on-call crisis response, including face-to-face responses as needed.
- Minimize high-risk interventions, implementing the Six Core Strategies.
- Complete documentation, including progress notes, terminations, transfers, and ISPs.
- Design and coordinate individual treatment plans, monitor compliance, and participate in staff interviews.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHR systems.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- LISW or LPCC licensure with supervisory designation.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
Physical Demands
- Ability to use restraints as trained.
- Ability to handle physical activities like bending, lifting (up to 20 pounds), and walking.
- Remain alert to emergencies and communicate effectively.
