Curitec is seeking a Clinical Care Representative (RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA) to service the Waco-to-Austin Central Texas territory. This field-based role focuses on wound care within long-term care facilities, emphasizing independence, education, and relationship-building.

The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a competitive base salary, and a vehicle allowance with fuel reimbursement. Travel within the territory and training on Medicare Part B are provided.

Qualifications

Curitec is seeking an experienced RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA to join our team as a Clinical Care Representative serving the Waco-to-Austin Central Texas territory.

This is a unique opportunity for a wound care clinician who enjoys working independently, building relationships, educating clinical teams, and making a meaningful impact on wound care outcomes - without nights, weekends, or holidays.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Care Representative, you will:

• Partner with long-term care facilities throughout the Waco-to-Austin territory

• Round with facility wound care teams and evaluate residents with wounds

• Provide clinical education and recommend appropriate advanced wound care products

• Build strong relationships with nurses, wound care teams, administrators, and providers

• Learn and apply Medicare Part B documentation and reimbursement requirements - we provide the training

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and consistent follow-through

• Support account growth through education, service, and relationship development

• Travel throughout the assigned territory, generally within a three-hour radius

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident, experienced clinician who combines strong wound care knowledge with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Required:

• Active RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA license

• Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on wound care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory

• Comfortable using technology, electronic documentation systems, and Microsoft Office

• Willingness to travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays as needed

• Ability to accommodate early-morning facility rounds

Wound care certification is strongly preferred.
