Job summary

Curitec is seeking a Clinical Wound Care Representative for Round Rock, Texas, to educate and support wound care teams across facilities. This field role emphasizes clinical expertise, independence, and relationship-building with long-term care staff within your territory.

You’ll operate as a clinical educator and wound care resource, applying Medicare knowledge and documentation best practices while benefiting from a Wednesday-Friday friendly schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on wound care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and wound care knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on product education and clinical guidance to facility staff.
• Serve as a wound care resource for the facilities in your territory.

Curitec is looking for a Clinical Wound Care Representative to join our growing team in Round Rock, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise, build strong relationships with long‑term care teams, and help facilities improve their wound care programs—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

This is not a traditional bedside nursing position. Our Clinical Wound Care Representatives work independently in the field as clinical educators, wound care resources, and trusted partners to the facilities they serve.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Wound Care Representative, you will partner with long‑term care facilities throughout your assigned territory to provide clinical education and support related to wound care and advanced wound care products.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with nurses, administrators, providers, and facility leadership

• Provide hands‑on product education and clinical guidance to facility staff

• Serve as a wound care resource for the facilities in your territory

• Educate clinicians on appropriate product selection and utilization

• Review wound documentation and help identify opportunities for improved accuracy and compliance

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident, professional clinician who is comfortable working independently and communicating with everyone from bedside nurses to facility administrators.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA license

• Minimum 2 years of recent hands‑on wound care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and wound care knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strongly Preferred

• Wound care certification

• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience

• Experience with electronic medical record systems such as PCC or MatrixCare

• Experience educating clinical staff

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment
