Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with hospital clinical staff.
• Conduct current- and future-state workflow analysis and documentation.
• Prepare, plan, and oversee system testing and customer acceptance.
• Support training by tailoring training plans and assisting in delivery.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
