Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Minneapolis, MN is offering a 10-week Clinical Wellbeing Intern internship in the Employee Benefits Clinical team. This onsite program provides exposure to clinical strategies, policies and practices for client populations.

You will gain hands-on experience with vendor management, insights review, and client communications, while learning from industry professionals and participating in collaborative projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Majors pursued by past interns include Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, Health Promotion.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical vendor management, materials and playbooks.
• Assist with reviewing clinical insights, strategies in place and assessing future clinical needs of clients.
• Assist with development of wellbeing deliverables specific for each client’s population health needs.
• Assist with client presentations and communications, specific for each client’s employee population.
