Qualifications

• Veterinary students in clinical training are encouraged to participate in NVA externships.
• Students in the clinical portion of education are eligible to participate.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient histories and perform physical exams.
• Create treatment plans and perform diagnostics.
• Observe or assist and perform dental procedures or surgeries.
• Manage medical care and communicate with the team and clients.
