Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Clinical Research Start Up Specialist to streamline intake and startup processes for pediatric studies. You will collaborate with investigators, operations, and sponsors to ensure feasibility, budgeting and timely contract execution.

The role involves managing study documents, CTMS workflows, and Epic setup while maintaining compliant budgeting and billing alignment across departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or three+ years of relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in clinical research conduct, regulatory compliance, budgeting, or contract management preferred.
• Ability to interpret CTA cost language and study protocol information.
• Strong understanding of research billing compliance.

Mansioni

• Supports rapid study start up workflows and intake of new clinical research studies.
• Coordinates feasibility and budgeting between study teams, Finance, and external partners.
• Reviews documents to ensure required information and proper routing to teams.
• Tracks dates and statuses in CTMS and Epic RSH setup.
• Ensures protocol amendments adhere to financial and billing requirements.
