Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Clinical Research Start Up Specialist to optimize study start-up, feasibility review and contract setup. You will work with investigators and study teams to ensure timely, compliant processes across CTMS and Epic modules.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication to support diverse clinical trials and budget workflows, in a landmark pediatric research center in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage large quantities of data and maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support rapid start-up workflows for new clinical research studies.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments and budgeting discussions with investigators.
• Review intake submissions and ensure CTMS data accuracy.
• Maintain study documents and Epic RSH setup information.
• Collaborate with finance, study teams, and vendors to meet deadlines.
