• Manage all aspects of study execution from initiation through close-out.
• Monitor site-level revenue and expenses.
• Create and implement operational plans tailored to each study.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of regulatory reporting.
• Oversee data integrity and timely data entry.
• Meet participant recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Sponsors and vendors.
• Provide training and onboarding for site staff.
