Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• CRC certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with clinical trials and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement clinical trials under PI guidance per GCP/IRB.
• Ensure study start-up, consent, and regulatory documents are complete.
• Screen participants, coordinate visits, and manage data in EDC systems.
• Mentor new team members and ensure independent judgment.
