Qualifications

• 4 years Research or Clinical Research Experience
• RN license and BLS within 14 days of hire
• SOCRA/ACRP/CITI certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitates compliance with research protocol and GCP while considering diverse patient needs.
• Communicates with research team to facilitate effective conduct of clinical trials.
• Leads informed consent discussions to ensure patient understanding and safety.
• Manages activities of patients in trials, ensuring protocol compliance and reporting.
• Ensures collection of source data and documentation to validate trial integrity.
• Identifies recruitment opportunities and assesses eligibility based on entry criteria.
