Alliance Clinical Network is seeking a Research Assistant in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports clinical trials by performing various procedures, coordinating activities, and engaging with study participants.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. The position is on-site, Monday to Friday, and includes benefits such as medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field, or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
• Completed a Medical Assistant education program approved by the Arizona Medical Board is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and courteously with study participants.
• Collect patient medical histories and obtain informed consent.
• Dispense and manage study drug accountability per protocol.
• Perform protocol‑specific procedures including EKGs and phlebotomy.
• Collect, process, and ship biological samples.
