Job summary

DocTrials is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant in Phoenix. The role focuses on maintaining patient charts, data entry in CTMS, and supporting recruitment efforts across multiple Phoenix clinics.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and comfort with project management tools like Basecamp. Bachelor's degree is preferred; ophthalmology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in the medical field a major plus.
• Ophthalmology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient charts: data entry, scanning, filing in CTMS.
• Support patient recruitment: screen charts, make screening calls, schedule outreach.
• Share study information to the team via Basecamp and other platforms.
• Manage study supplies, inventory, and ordering.
• Assist with vitals collection, phlebotomy, and lab sample handling.
• Help move patients through protocol assessments across Phoenix clinics.
