Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in clinical or biological research.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of GCP and clinical research processes.
• Experience with clinical data, source documentation, CRFs/eCRFs or QC.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts against SOPs, GCP, GDP and study protocols.
• Identify missing, inconsistent or discrepant data.
• Enter and verify data within CRF/eCRF systems.
• Perform source-to-CRF/eCRF reconciliation.
• Raise and resolve data queries.
• Support sponsor monitor visits and query resolution.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits (SIVs).
• Identify data trends and support QC reporting.
• Work closely with CRCs, investigators, sponsors and CRO teams.
• Support onboarding, training and process improvement.
