Job summary

Flourish Research in Covina, CA is seeking a QC & Data Analyst to support study data review, data entry into eCRF/CRF systems, and ensure data integrity according to SOPs, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, 1–3 years in clinical or biological research, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sponsors and sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts using SOPs, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF systems accurately and on time.
• Identify data discrepancies and report to QC Manager and teams.
• Attend SIV meetings and support monitor visits.
• Maintain professional interaction with sponsors, IRBs, and sites.
