Job summary

Flourish Research in San Antonio, TX is seeking a QC & Data Analyst to support our clinical trials site. You will review study charts, enter data into eCRF/CRF systems, and ensure data quality in accordance with SOPs, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 1-3+ years in clinical or biological research.
• Must be experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review study charts and identify discrepancies according to SOPs, policies, and sponsor protocols.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF accurately and timely.
• Identify missing data or discrepancies and report to QC Manager and team.
• Attend SIV meetings and support monitor visits.
• Assist with training onboarding procedures and process improvements.
