Flourish Research is actively hiring a QC & Data Management Specialist II in Walnut Creek, CA. The role focuses on thorough review of study charts, precise data entry into CRF/eCRF systems, and reporting discrepancies to the QC Manager and team leads.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2–3+ years in clinical/biological research. The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift with 40 hours per week and a compensation range of $28.00–$33.00 per hour, plus a

• Working knowledge of QC principles in a clinical research setting.
• Basic knowledge of GCP standards and clinical research guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts for accuracy using SOPs, policies, and sponsor protocols.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF systems per sponsor guidelines.
• Identify missing data points and report discrepancies to QC Manager and team leads.
• Attend SIV meetings and support sponsor monitor visits as needed.
• Assist with training new hires and with process improvements.
