Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a dedicated professional to support the investigational drug program. You will manage CID inventory, assist with trial protocols, and help maintain records and compliance under study procedures.

Responsibilities include drug distribution, preparation of intravenous and chemotherapy products, equipment upkeep, and adherence to safety regulations to ensure high standards in clinical trial operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials and investigational drug services.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages the CID inventory (20% of the day).
• Provides technical assistance with clinical trial protocols (20%).
• Maintains information and assists in record keeping related to trials (10%).
• Performs drug distribution activities (10%).
• Prepares intravenous and chemotherapy products per procedures (10%).
• Maintains clean, orderly IDS work areas.
• Performs workload measurement support functions.
• Maintains proper functioning of IDS equipment.
• Complies with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and reports hazards.
