Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise centralized IV admixture program.
• Prepare and deliver IV therapies including TPN, chemotherapy, and antibiotics.
• Review patient profiles and orders to prevent interactions/contraindications.
• Provide accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Supervise unit-dose distribution and ensure proper inventory and records.
