Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the centralized intravenous admixture program with emphasis on chemotherapy
• Ensure preparation and delivery of total parenteral nutrition solutions, injectable chemotherapy, antibiotics, and other medications for IV therapy
• Review patient profiles and new orders to prevent drug interactions and contraindications
• Provide current and accurate drug information to health care professionals and patients
• Supervise the unit-dose drug distribution program and inpatient dispensing
