Job summary

Angel City VA is seeking a Patient Recruiter to identify and engage prospective participants for multiple clinical studies. You will guide candidates through pre-screening, scheduling, and follow-up while upholding GCP, HIPAA, and site procedures.

You will work with Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, and leadership to meet enrollment goals, maintain data integrity, and deliver a positive patient experience across sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute patient recruitment, outreach, pre-screening, scheduling, and follow-up per study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, eligibility discussions, and patient communications.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on performance against enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators to ensure smooth patient transitions into enrollment.
• Provide a professional, patient-centered experience and educate participants about study requirements.
