Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Staff Supervisor (Clinical Trials) to oversee laboratory, front desk and recruitment staff at the CTC in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role focuses on mentoring staff, coordinating onboarding, ensuring compliance with GCP, FDA and military regulations, and supporting clinical study activities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in clinical research or scientific settings preferred.
• Experience with Costpoint or procurement is highly desired.
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to laboratory, front desk, and recruitment staff.
• Mentor, counsel, and assess performance annually.
• Onboard new personnel and coordinate communications among staff.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA and military regulations.
• Assist in planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Support clinical study activities and volunteer recruitment.
• Perform phlebotomy and sample handling as needed.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to safety rules.
