Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a registered nurse to support clinical trials in Hawaii. You will manage day-to-day trial activities, coordinate with the RN team and site staff, ensure data quality, and adhere to SOPs and GCP standards.

The role requires clinical nursing skills (venipuncture, ECG) and strong communication. You will be involved in on-site/off-site visits and patient safety reporting in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• GCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of study design and methodology desirable.
• Nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with the trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, off-site manuals, procedures and timelines for day-to-day trial operations.
• Communicate effectively with the RN project manager, site staff and Principal Investigator to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and data transfer per SOPs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GCP and data protection.
