Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island in Mineola, NY invites applications for an Associate, Research Data - Clinical Trials. This role supports investigators with data entry, subject registration, and monitoring visits for cancer trials.

You will extract medical information, enter into CRFs, and ensure government reporting requirements are met. You will review eligibility, assist in SAE processing, and coordinate imaging/pathology submissions, while maintaining QA checks with the PI and research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, databases, spreadsheets and related tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for all data entry for assigned studies. Inputs clinical and non-clinical data into the database and CRFs.
• Logs study visits in the CRMS for billing purposes in real time as CRFs are completed.
• Schedules External Monitors and hosts visits, providing good customer service to monitors and assessing compliance.
