Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patient/subject and families in a courteous and professional manner.
• Gathers, properly packages, stores and transfers slides, samples and other materials; coordinates shipment among departments.
• May complete assessments on study subjects per protocol and follow through with items and patients.
• Ensures protocol compliance and documents eligibility follow-up steps.
• Follows regulatory requirements and maintains up-to-date regulatory documents.
• Initiates regular contact with patients to encourage visit reminders and compliance.
• Inputs clinical and non-clinical data into databases and case report forms; supports data extraction for publications.
• Recruits and screens potential patients for study eligibility.
