NYU Langone Health in Mineola seeks an Associate, Research Data to support data entry and central subject registration for cancer clinical trials. You will extract medical information from EMR or paper source documents and enter it into study CRF systems.

You will collaborate with investigators and research nurses to resolve data queries, schedule and host study monitoring visits, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of MS Office suites, databases, spreadsheets, and graphic/communications applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and time management skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Enter data and manage study data in CRMS.
• Log study visits in CRMS for billing purposes.
• Coordinate external monitors and host monitoring visits.
• Assist with Serious Adverse Event processing and data queries.
• Ensure proper subject registration and regulatory compliance.
