Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials, manage visit schedules, and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. You will engage with patients, investigators, sponsors, and CROs to drive enrollment and high-quality data collection.

Responsibilities include protocol visits, phlebotomy within policy, lab shipments, and maintaining complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology areas preferred.
• CCRC® / CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from study start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and site SOPs.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure data quality and timely responses to queries.
