Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently manage complex industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring protocol adherence and patient safety.

You will recruit and retain participants, perform visits and assessments per GCP/SOPs, oversee documentation and data queries, and support audits and sponsor communications while mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials from start-up to closeout with minimal supervision.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention, including informed consent discussions and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and assessments per GCP guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and timely data query resolution.
• Support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and audits.
