Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator
• 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Research
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRIO/CTMS
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
• GCP training completed and recertified every 2 years
• Fibroscan and memory screen training to be provided
• BLS training provided during onboarding
• Excellent organizational skills and time management with multiple projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Proficient in Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical trial activities within protocol, SOPs, and supervision
• Protect participant privacy and data confidentiality per sponsor and regulatory requirements
• Complete study assessments (consent, history, adverse events, etc.)
• Manage documentation and data per GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with sponsors and vendors, participate in visits and audits
• Oversee participant management from recruitment to study completion
• Respond promptly to information requests
• Identify opportunities to improve participant care
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet outcomes
• Coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Attend investigator meetings and site visits
• Track enrollment and study status reports
