Job summary

Summit Clinical Research Solutions in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the Clinical Operations team. You will assist with study documents, regulatory submissions, sponsor liaison, and site visits to help keep trials on track.

Responsibilities include maintaining CTMS data, coordinating with physicians and nurses, and supporting patient assessments and recruitment under SOPs and FDA/ICH GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and completion of study documents and preparation.
• Help with regulatory submissions and file maintenance.
• Serve as secondary liaison with sponsors.
• Prepare for study monitor visits as directed.
• Create reports as requested.
• Complete study assessments with patients, including AEs and vital signs.
• Assist with subject screening and recruitment as directed.
• Update CTMS as directed.
• Coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities.
