Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator.
• Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Must complete GCP training before interacting with participants and recertify every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical trial procedures per protocol and SOPs.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality per sponsor requirements (FDA, ICH GCP, HIPAA).
• Complete study assessments (informed consent, medical history, adverse events, etc.).
• Document and manage data and regulatory documents per guidelines (GCP).
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical sponsors and external vendors, including monitoring visits and audits.
• Manage participant recruitment and engagement through study completion.
• Respond promptly to internal and external information requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve participant care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team and vendors to meet study goals.
• Track enrollment and site status to meet goals.
