Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with phlebotomy and EKG procedures; CPT license preferred.
• Associate degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare setting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of FDA regulations and GCP experience.
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service orientation.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant visits and ensure protocol adherence.
• Collect and document health histories and informed consent.
• Administer assessments such as EKGs and vital signs.
• Maintain regulatory files and IP accountability.
• Enter data into EDC and resolve data queries.
• Assist with monitoring visits and site startup duties.
