Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in California seeks a Corporate Contracts Manager II to support clinical research and R&D contracting activities.

You will draft, redline, and negotiate Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) for biotech programs. You will manage contracts through negotiation, approval, and execution, identify contractual risks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues while supporting broader vendor contracting efforts within a

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2-3+ years of in-house contracts experience in biotech/pharma/clinical research.
Hands-on experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating CSAs and CTAs.
Direct negotiation experience with external counterparties.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with a contract management system; Agiloft is a plus.
