Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the Clinical Operations Team in collecting, documenting, and maintaining clinical data including phlebotomy and laboratory tasks.

The role involves performing vital signs, sample handling, and data entry into sponsor/vendor portals while adhering to GCP and Velocity SOPs. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate and/or technical degree with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to use Computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with the study protocol, GCP, ICH Guidelines, and Velocity SOPs.
• Perform venipuncture and/or other fluid collection as required by the protocol and regulations.
• Enter source data into data portals and resolve basic queries under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and Velocity data.
